1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Champion Scan, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users worldwide.

2. Description of Service

Champion Scan is a stock screening, analysis, and portfolio tracking tool intended for educational and research purposes. It aggregates publicly available market data and applies proprietary scoring algorithms to help users identify stocks of potential interest.

The service is currently in beta. Features may change, be added, or be removed without notice.

3. No Financial Advice

Nothing on Champion Scan — including scores, signals, buy/watch/pass ratings, entry prices, stop-loss levels, or any other output — constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any security.

You are solely responsible for your own investment decisions. Always conduct your own due diligence. Consider consulting a licensed financial advisor before making investment decisions.

All trading involves risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
You must provide accurate information when registering.
One account per person. You may not share your account credentials.

5. Permitted Use

You may use Champion Scan for personal, non-commercial research and education. You may not:

Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any data or output from the service.
Scrape, crawl, or systematically download data from the service.
Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data you are not authorized to access.
Use the service to develop competing products without written permission.
Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

6. Data Accuracy and Availability

Market data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain errors, delays, or omissions. Champion Scan makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed.

The service may be unavailable from time to time due to maintenance or technical issues. We do not guarantee uptime or continuous availability.

7. Intellectual Property

The Champion Scan platform, including its scoring algorithms, UI design, and written content, is proprietary. All rights are reserved. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the service without written permission.

Third-party trademarks, company names, and ticker symbols referenced in the service belong to their respective owners. Champion Scan is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any company whose stock is displayed.

8. Third-Party Data and Names

Champion Scan sources market data from publicly available financial data providers for non-commercial, educational use. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this data, and we are not affiliated with any data provider. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate.

References to investment methodologies associated with published books or public figures are for general educational context only. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any author, fund manager, financial institution, or data provider whose names or methodologies may be referenced.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us — your data will be removed within 14 days.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Champion Scan is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that results obtained will be accurate or reliable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champion Scan and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service — including but not limited to financial losses from trading decisions made with reference to the service.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or the use of Champion Scan shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Israel.

Notwithstanding the above, users located in the European Union retain all rights granted under applicable EU consumer protection and data protection law (including GDPR) that cannot be waived by contract.

United States users: Champion Scan is not registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA), and nothing on this platform constitutes investment advice, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any security under U.S. federal or state securities law. The jurisdiction clause above does not waive any mandatory rights you hold under U.S. federal law or the consumer protection laws of your state. California residents have additional privacy rights described in our Privacy Policy.

Users located in other jurisdictions retain any mandatory rights under their applicable local law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
